What can I use my bag for?

The bags are a beautiful, long-lasting item - incredibly strong and practical, making them a sustainable choice for shopping, the markets, or as the perfect beach bag.

What are Turtle Totes made from?

Our bags are handwoven from recycled plastic bottles (PET). Each bag helps reduce plastic waste while supporting women artisans in rural Indonesia.

Are these bags eco-certified?

Yes. Our materials are sourced from certified recycling facilities, and our artisans follow eco-conscious weaving and dyeing processes.

What sizes and styles are available for wholesale?

We offer six sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Our main collections are Zest, Chic, Oceania and Pastel. Each with its own colour palette and vibe.

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no minimum order. The minimum wholesale amount is NZD 500 for the initial order. There will be other incentives for larger orders, i.e. a discount. 

What are the wholesale prices?

Prices vary by size. Contact us for a full price list or access to the catalogue.

What is the lead time?

We have stock on hand online.  Generally, it takes 1-2 weeks to ship the product to the customer after we receive a completed order

From Algies Bay in New Zealand.

How do I place a wholesale order?

How much are the shipping prices?

For orders over NZD 500, domestic shipping charges tend to be around NZD $6 to $10/kg, depending on which part of New Zealand you live in. One XL bag weighs 0.5 kg

Smaller shipments may incur higher shipping rates due to increased handling and shipping.

Do the bags come with a warranty?

Yes. Any damaged bags will be replaced free of charge within one month of purchase. We may request that you return the damaged item to us
